Friday is interesting. On one hand you have a Moon that is void the entire day and on the other you have the Sun moving into Virgo at 4:33 pm eastern. This is the darkest dark moon that ever darkened. 

It’s giving Let It Go vibes. Which is actually pretty fantastic because tomorrow we have a Virgo New Moon which is far enough away from the South Node to be out of its reach making this the last lunation for a month that won’t be an eclipse. 

What do you need to let go of in order to plant some new seeds in the coming weeks?

• Best for: Clearing the slate, wrapping up loose ends, making space for what’s next
• Potential Challenges: Drifting without direction, trying to force progress when nothing’s moving

Saturday we have the first of two Virgo New Moons. 

But don’t be complacent just because you’ll get another one next month because the next one is an eclipse. To be fair, this one is eclipse flavored because of the square to Uranus. Think of it as an Eclipse Lite. 

This Virgo New Moon wants a clean start, but it’s not business as usual. The same planet is steering both the setup and the shake-up, which means the beginning comes with sparks built in. 

With Mercury in Leo, the rollout is bigger, louder, and more noticeable than Virgo tends to be, and the square to Uranus pushes for shifts that could open doors faster than expected. Even with an eclipse on the horizon, this lunation sets the stage for changes that feel necessary.

• Best for: Kicking off something bold and visible, letting disruption clear space for better systems, spotting what works under real pressure
• Potential Challenges: New starts that wobble before they stick, overconfidence in the rollout, beginnings that shift again by next month’s eclipse

Once the Moon clears the south node at 11:41 am eastern, it gets easier to move forward with greater opportunities and support.
