Astrology for the Week of March 28 - April 3

This week is FIRE, particularly this weekend. The forward momentum throughout the week is the perfect launchpad for April and the Aries area of your chart.

Ever since the Mars-Venus conjunction on March 6, Venus has been stuck between Mars and Saturn - the planetary version of a rock and a hard place because these are the two malefics in astrology. They aren’t “bad” but they do tend to bring more challenges and to have the planet of love, relationships, beauty, art, desire, and all the other lovely Venusian things stuck between the two of these bad boys has likely made those topics a little more challenging. 

Monday, Venus meets Saturn for a final showdown to help you move past a roadblock standing between you and what you want. Sometimes moving on means accepting that one path is no longer available due to flooding, or a landslide, or what have you, and other times it's finally figuring out a way around the obstacle. Either way, the impasse ends today and Venus gets ready to run eagerly into the soothing waters of Pisces which she’ll dive into next week.

It’s a lovely day for moving forward with confidence, communicating from a place of authenticity, and solving problems.

Wednesday, the Moon joins Jupiter for your monthly dose of good luck before swimming towards Neptune for a dreamy evening.

Lean into the magic and romance today and tonight whether that’s in your love life, business, finances, or career. We could all use a little time to dream before the epic upcoming new moon. 

Use tonight and tomorrow to get clear on the dreams you’re moving towards and what you need to release so you can move confidently towards them over the coming weeks.

Tonight, under the dark moon say goodbye to anything that is holding you back from a new beginning in any area of your life, but particularly the area found in the Aries house of your chart which is prime for a massive new beginning with tomorrow’s new moon.

At 2:44 am on Friday, the Aries New Moon is exact and a new chapter is beginning. You’ll have the determination, clarity of thought, and desire to take massive action over the next two weeks and, to a greater extent,  the next twelve months. Especially since this is the area Jupiter will be helping out later this year and in 2023.

So where is this beautiful new beginning happening for you?

• Aries rising - Your very identity is up for review and renewal. Who do you want to be as you grow over the next twelve months?
• Taurus rising - This is an opportunity to work through limiting beliefs and the various ways you sabotage yourself with a professional or by beginning a new mindfulness practice such as journaling or meditation - or maybe all of the above?
• Gemini rising - Look around at your IRL and social networks, friendships, and various other associations that support you, and consider how supported you truly feel and what actions you need to take to make these relationships stronger.
• Cancer rising - This new beginning is all about your career and public image. What do you need to begin doing to step out onto the stage and be fully seen?
• Leo rising - This is a new beginning in adventure. Think about what you want to see and do over the next twelve months. Don’t limit yourself to dreams of travel (although do dream about the places you want to physically go). Also, take a moment to consider what mental adventures you want to go on - what do you want to learn more about?
• Virgo rising - It’s time to rethink investments, estate planning, taxes, debt, and all of the other fun adulting financial topics of the eighth house. 
• Libra rising - This new moon offers you a new beginning in committed relationships. What do you want in a partner and how do you want to show up in partnership? While this for sure includes significant romantic partnerships, it can also be a new beginning for business partnerships.
• Scorpio rising - Your obligations, health, relationships with coworkers and employees, and even pets could all be the focus of this new moon - no big deal right? These are the very foundations of your life and intentionality here can have ripples everywhere else.
• Sagittarius rising - This new beginning is all about what you desire. Whether that’s children, creativity, dating, romance, or something else entirely is up to you and now is when you really get to begin making it a priority.
• Capricorn rising - This is a new beginning around your home, family, and the things that ground you. That could look like moving, buying a new home, or prioritizing your current nesting space over the next twelve months. It’s also a great time to create new boundaries with your family that allow you to be your most authentic self while giving them the same freedom.
• Aquarius rising - This new moon is all about direct communication, short-distance travel, siblings, and your daily routine. Have you been thinking about starting a podcast, buying a car, spending more time with a sibling, or changing up your daily routine to more fully support who you are becoming? If not, this new moon could kick off one or more of these adventures.
• Pisces rising - Your finances, how you bring value into this world, what you value, and how you value yourself all get a fresh new start with this new moon.  Are you happy with these or do you need to make some changes?

As always, the actual new moon is for planting the seeds and the manifestation and action is best after the Moon becomes visible again. But with such a fiery start, if you feel compelled to take action right away - trust yourself.

At 12:50 pm eastern, the Moon moves into Taurus. That means the Moon and Sun are exalted and it’s a pretty fantastic period to do some manifestation magic.
