Astrology for the Week of May 22 - 28

This week starts with something of a bang. That could look like someone blowing up at you (or you blowing up at someone else) but it could also sound like one of those obnoxious starter horns letting you know it’s time to get all the things started now that we are in relatively untroubled astrological waters.

Monday, and really the first part of the week, is likely to be a time of heightened ambition and energy, with a desire to pursue new opportunities and take on challenges. However, it is important to be mindful of impulsivity and to maintain a balance between ambition and practicality to avoid overextending yourself.

Tuesday has a more amiable vibe than Monday but there is still plenty of get up and go to get all of the things done. It’s honestly one of the more diplomatic days of the week if you need to have important conversations.

Wednesday morning has a dreamier vibe that is great for introspective tasks, self-care, creativity, and deep work. However, once the Moon stalks into Leo at 10:34 am Eastern the tension dials up to maximum. That’s great for being highly motivated to do *something* - but…. 

That thing might be to blow up at someone so if you’re going to let it all out make sure it’s well thought out and not an impulse decision. 

Respond don’t react, count to ten, think before you speak, take a deep breath, don’t add fuel to the fire, etc.

On the other hand, if you’ve been looking for the energy to finally cut the cord or launch yourself into the next iteration of your evolution, today should offer plenty of rocket fuel.

Thursday, be on the lookout for interesting conversations and ideas but otherwise, you should be free and clear to work away on your to-do list.

This is fantastic if you get to set your own schedule and you want to do a lot of self-care, napping, or do some deep uninterrupted work on a project. It’s not so great for people showing up to meetings on time or starting brand new tasks, going on first dates, or really initiating anything new. 

If you have a long weekend coming up, you might want to add on an extra day.
