[Fate & Free Will ] Astrology for the Week of April 6 - 12

This would be an unremarkable(ish) week if it were not for Mars moving into Aries and pushing all of the Saturn and Neptune things into high gear. Monday is productive in a non stressful way. It’s warm and cooperative but with a sprinkle of determination.

If you've got something on your list that needs focus and follow-through, this is a good day to do it without anyone getting in your way.

• Potential Challenges: Overworking, overcommitment.

Tuesday has plenty of get up and go, but communication is messier. 

Mercury is one day away from being out of the retrograde shadow and there could be a few final communication or tech issues today.

• Best for: Physical activity, independent work, getting things done.
• Potential Challenges: Miscommunication, tech issues, frustration with people who aren't moving fast enough.

Wednesday rewards the unconventional move. Action is still indirect and unfocused with Mars in the last degree of Pisces, but something unexpected makes that workable. 

However, you will have to deal with the generally cantankerous nature of the day while doing that work.

• Best for: Trying something unconventional, spontaneous decisions, acting on instinct.
• Potential Challenges: Frustration, mental fog, wasted effort

Thursday Mars enters Aries at 3:36 pm eastern and the month shifts into high gear. 

Saturn and Neptune are already there, so the version of Aries that Mars built for itself doesn't exist anymore. Whatever has been simmering in the background starts producing *very* noticeable events. 

The first part of the day is pleasant and productive, which makes it easy to miss that reality is about to get a massive overhaul.

• Best for: Forward momentum, big ideas, social events, asking for something you want, celebration.
• Potential Challenges: Overcommitment, overindulgence.

Friday is like the sparklers you see during the 4th of July festivities. It’s bright and shiny and a little chaotic with sparks flying everywhere.  

Things get done today despite plans being more like suggestions.

• Best for: Acting on instinct, problem solving, adapting to changes, getting things moving.
• Potential Challenges: Scattered energy, leaping without looking.

• Best for: Taking action before you’re fully ready, acting on faith rather than certainty.
• Potential Challenges: Deception (being deceived or deceiving yourself), wasted effort, misdirected anger, substance misuse, exhaustion from fighting something that isn't there.
