This week is very work forward. It’s got that first week of the new year vibe where people are dedicated to the new version of their life they dreamed up and suddenly confronted with the reality of the work required to pull it off.

Monday is surprisingly chatty, cooperative, and productive. Not a bad start to the week. There's a lightness to the mood that's been missing for most of the month and people are easy to talk to.

Plans get blocked, obligations demand attention, and the people in charge are heavy-handed. The mood is cranky on top of it, which means you (and others) could be more dramatic about it than is absolutely necessary.

There's a small pleasant undercurrent to the day that takes the edge off if you let it, but the headline is restriction and a stupid amount of work. 

Whether the no stops you or makes you want it more is kind of the whole point.

Wednesday is a grind. There’s a ton of work, probably some obstacles, and people who aren’t being overly cooperative. Emotionally it’s a lot because there’s all of this pressure to build something new and a desire to retreat and protect what you already have. 

It’s very much a how bad do you want it kind of vibe. Some people will be dedicating themselves to the work required to get it done and some people will decide an easier version of their life is more important than whatever it is that would take a silly amount of work to attain.

• Potential Challenges: Emotional overwhelm, wanting to quit, feeling torn between pushing forward and protecting what you have.
